Market Recap & Outlook:

Tuesday saw Oil prices rise as a strike by Kuwaiti oil workers cut the country’s output level by 50 percent. The gains totally cancelled out losses incurred over the weekend by the failure of major oil producers to come to an agreement in Doha on a production freeze aimed at propping up prices.
US Crude futures rose 1.14 percent to $41.77 at 9:52am GMT , while Brent Oil traded up 1.79 percent to $43.68.
A major index of Asian shares rose to highs not seen in five months in the wake of gains on Wall street following the Kuwaiti strike and rising oil prices. The Dollar was up 0.28 percent against the Yen at 109.11 yen ( USD/JPY ).
All nine members of the monetary policy committee (MPC) were in favor of leaving the key interest rate at a record low of 0.5 percent during the Bank Of England’s Policy meeting. The BOE said in a widely expected move that it was holding the benchmark interest rate , which has remained at that level since March 2009 .
GBP/USD moved higher after polls showed those intending to vote to remain in the European Union in the British June referendum were widening their lead over those opting to leave . One poll stated 52% of voters wish to remain , 43% wish to leave and 5% are as yet undecided. GBP/USD was trading at 1.4147 from 1.4142 ahead of the announcement . EUR/GBP was at 0.7957 from 0.7958 previously .

As COO of GOptions, my first and foremost goal is to provide traders with the most up to date info from the markets. I have been trading the markets since 2004 and have been involved with stocks, binary options, and forex trading since then. I have had no formal market education and pride myself on a self taught approach to everything related to trading. I try to focus though on both the technical and fundamental aspects related to each trading day and bring forward the most important aspects of risk/reward in the market.
